1. General Policy

At Futunix LLC, we specialize in fully customized fashion apparel and tailored digital services. Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order or initiating a service.

2. Fashion Apparel – No Returns or Exchanges

All clothing products, including t-shirts, hoodies, pants, and custom merchandise, are made-to-order based on customer specifications. Therefore:

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

• We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, design preferences, or change-of-mind decisions.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, color selections, and customization details before placing an order.
  

3. Digital Services – No Refunds

All digital services provided by Futunix LLC (including web & app development, design, 3D modeling, and software solutions) are non-refundable once initiated.

• Project timelines and deliverables are discussed prior to the start of work.

• Payments are final and non-reversible after project initiation.

• Revisions may be included as per your service agreement, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.
  

4. Shipping-Related Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect clothing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a solution if the error was on our end. Note: we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we value our customers. If there has been an error on our part (such as incorrect delivery or major service failure), we may offer:

• Re-delivery of the correct item or corrected digital files

• Credit toward a future purchase (case-by-case basis)
